17-19 March 2023, Brașov – from raw materials to the final product; dough making machines to ovens; quality and innovation are the two key words of a sector such as bakery, pastry, confectionery, HoReCa, which return to the GastroPan exhibition, scheduled for 17-19 March 2023, at Lux Divina center. This event once again confirms its meeting point for professionals in bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate, milling and HoReCa, but also an opportunity for forming partnerships and discussions for all stakeholders of the supply chains belonging to the food industry.

In the spring of next year, between 17-19 March 2023, Brașov becomes the meeting point between visitors with old and new exhibitors, but also between manufacturers, suppliers of machines, equipment, raw materials, utensils and entrepreneurs of the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry.
