This will be the 9<sup>th<\/sup> edition of the show and the first one organized in Sibiu. The event is known for being the meeting point of operators of the bakery, pastry and hospitality industry and suppliers of professional solutions and technologies for these industries. The exhibition is organized by Boro-Info, editor of Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia magazines, the leading specialized technical journals on the Romanian market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The specialized, B2B type trade fair is visited by professionals, specialists, entrepreneurs, managers and other representatives of the above sectors, as the exhibition is the place where they can find out about the latest international trends, innovations and the latest technologies, professional solutions that help them to develop their businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Novelties of the 9th edition of GastroPan exhibition <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The organizers\u2019 effort put into bringing the novelties and innovations present at the international market to the event and raise the level of professionalism of the above sectors proved to be fruitful: famous exhibitors, world-class suppliers will be present at the exhibition, exhibitors who contribute greatly to value creation in the sector.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201dThe 9th edition of GastroPan exhibition will bring to the public attention trendy concepts such as food-trucks \u2013 there will be several food-trucks outside the exhibition halls \u2013 but it will also present innovations in such simple fields and basic ingredients as eggs \u2013 liquid eggs, egg powder, and innovations for processing, storage and transportation of eggs. We are intensely seeking to promote the healthy diet as a trend and as a lifestyle, promoting at the exhibition booths ingredients, raw materials and technologies that help producers in providing products that meet the expectations of consumers \u2013 juices and smoothies, soft drinks made of fruits and vegetables with added vitamins, solutions and ingredients for gluten free and lactose-free diet. Another sector of \u200b\u200bmajor importance in our industry, a sector that will be present this year at GastroPan in Sibiu, is the energy sector. GastroPan visitors will get to know solutions to reduce energy costs \u2013 electricity, natural gas \u2013 and will have the opportunity to get special offers and packages designed for bakeries, confectioneries and those working in the field of hospitality.\u201d<\/i>, said Ildik\u00f3 V\u00e1radi-Erd\u0151s, General Manager of GastroPan.<\/p>\n<p>Besides all the solutions and technologies presented at GastroPan, the exhibition brings novelties to the GastroPan Competitions as well: great artist pastry chefs can demonstrate their talent in a new competition category \u2013 <i>Chocolate Artistic Piece<\/i>.\u00a0 Other novelties are the themes of categories: Cake of Year 2017 \u2013 <i>Exotic cakes<\/i>, Bread Dough Artistic Piece \u2013 <i>Autumn in the Countryside<\/i>, Sugar Paste Artistic Piece and Chocolate Artistic Piece \u2013 <i>Cinema<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Added value brought by professional associations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The development of the bakery, pastry, confectionery and hospitality industries represent a priority to professional associations also. GastroPan exhibition is supported by the some of the most important professional associations: Association of Specialists in the Romanian Baking and Food Service Industry (PanGastRo), Romanian Employers\u2019 League of the Milling, Bakery and Flour Based Products Industry (ROMPAN), Union of Bakers and Confectioners (UIBC), Romanian National Association of Flour Milling and Baking Industries (ANAMOB), Romanian National Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Tourism (ANBCT), Euro-Toques Romania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GastroPan exhibition can be visited between 10:00 \u2013 18:00, March 23<sup>rd<\/sup>-25<sup>th<\/sup> 2017, in Romania, Sibiu, Redal Events exhibition center, str.
